I was feeling drawn to creating a bracelet for protection, specifically for empaths. Empaths are highly sensitive individuals, who have a keen ability to sense what people around them are thinking and feeling. Being an empath myself, I struggle every now and then with protecting my energy when I leave my place. I’m a homebody and love my solitude.

So I wanted to make sure the bracelet not only protects (black tourmaline, hematite, amethyst, & labradorite) the wearer, but also serves as a reminder to take a moment (the rose spacer in the bracelet) to discern whether what you are feeling is YOU or from someone else. The rose makes me think of my late Grandma so when I look at it, I’ll be comforted.

As I was putting the bracelets together, I could feel the energy emanating from them. So whether you’re an empath or are looking for something to protect you from all the negativity out there, I made 3 versions of this bracelet and I hope they resonate with you.
